Hi. I’m Jill.

I support complex trauma survivors who struggle with patterns like swinging between emotional states, second guessing yourself, or losing your voice when it matters most. Together we slow things down, get curious about how your system has learned to keep you safe, and work to find new ways of relating to self and others. We do this through story work, parts work, nervous system regulation, and other modalities designed to help you regain your inner knowing and sense of self.
